Amazing staff that provide great service!
The owner, Mrs. Giovanna, and her collaborator, Mrs. Teresa, are exquisite and very kind people.
We have been going there for several years, and in all honesty we receive more than we pay for, simple, delicious and abundant food. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
We feel so comfortable here that it feels like we are at home.
Great little hotel with air conditioning, fridge and electric blinds. The beds are very comfortable.
The bathrooms are new.

I am currently staying at this property which is located 200 meters from the seafront. Renovated hotel with tidy and clean common areas. Not giant rooms but with a wonderful terrace. The hotel has a partner beach 800m from the seafront. We love walking so it doesn't bother us, but the structure offers free bike service.
Super served area.
Excellent food. Really fresh fish! Homemade cakes for breakfast. For lunch and dinner three menu choices. Fast and friendly professional staff. The lady in charge of the room is a tireless worker with kind manners. They welcomed even a food pain in the ass like me!
However, I believe that the correct description of this structure should be made by talking about Giovanna, who is not the owner of a hotel. She is a hostess who welcomes you by calling your name and opening the doors of her home to you, as if she had always known you. He is a person who is attentive to his guests, welcoming to children, who exchanges recipes and who knows how to enter people's hearts!
In our life we love changing vacation locations every year, but here, we will return.
Excellent family management. If you want to feel at home this is the right place. Giovanna and Teresa are two excellent hosts.
Excellent refreshment service, some dishes have remained in my heart, recalling my grandmother's cuisine, tasty and genuine.

My wife and I were guests together with another couple from 8/25/2023 at the Eva hotel.
Mrs Giovanna was very welcoming, kind and helpful, together with her staff.
Everything was good from cleanliness to the rest, the meals were good and plentiful. We also appreciated the bikes that were available to hotel guests and we had some pleasant rides!
It was a great experience for us, and the same
for our friends who were with us.

Mrs. Giovanna is the soul of this structure, after a first approach with a small misunderstanding we breathed all the familiarity, courtesy and welcome that everyone talks about. EXCELLENT food, the beach a little far away if you have elderly people with you, otherwise a pleasant walk either on foot or thanks to the bicycles provided by the structure. However, Mrs. Giovanna helps the elderly to reach the beach with a shuttle. A very special holiday for me and my family but thanks to Mrs Giovanna and all her staff we return home super pampered❤️
Positive notes: friendliness of all the staff, comfortable room with large balcony (the one assigned to me), excellent cleanliness, very good cuisine with a choice of 3 first courses and 3 second courses, availability of bicycles.
Negative notes: a little far from the lido in agreement, poor breakfast, dessert not present at lunch or dinner (only on Sunday at dinner it happened to me), no appetizer buffet, Wi-Fi that does not take in the rooms.
